1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ld88 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the ld88 website at ld88.bid and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, virtual sports, instant games, and any promotional offerings.

By registering an account on ld88, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

All player account balances on ld88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). ld88 does not hold balances in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions on player funds. Deposit and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT ৳ throughout.

2 Account Registration

To access any real-money feature of ld88 — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, or withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals meeting the criteria set out in Section 1.1.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active ld88 account at any time. Opening or operating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ld88 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ld88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ld88 will never ask for your password through any channel.

2.4 KYC Verification

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

ld88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank internet banking. All transactions are processed in BDT ৳ with no hidden fees applied by ld88.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours depending on the issuing bank.
• Daily deposit limit: ৳500,000 per account per day unless a lower limit has been set by the player under responsible gaming settings.

In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific promotion page, all bonus funds awarded by ld88 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash.

For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires total stakes of ৳10,000 from the bonus balance before withdrawal is permitted. 5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ld88 — whether on sports events, live casino games, virtual sports, or instant games — are subject to the general betting rules in this section and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once ld88 has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during periods of technical malfunction, on suspended markets, or where odds were published in error are not binding on ld88 and will be voided. 5.2 In-Play Betting

• If a match is abandoned or no result is declared due to weather or other circumstances, all match bets are voided and stakes are returned, unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result has been officially declared.
• In-play bets confirmed before an interruption in play are settled on the official result, provided the minimum number of overs required for a valid result has been bowled.
• Player performance markets (e.g., top batsman, total runs, method of dismissal) are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant governing body.

5.4 Casino Game Rules

6 Prohibited Conduct

• Money laundering: Using ld88 as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using non-public insider information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any arrangement to fix or influence the outcome of a match.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated process to place bets, exploit bonus structures, or interact with the platform in a way not consistent with normal human use.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games, poker, or sports betting markets.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your mobile banking provider or bank after funds have been deposited and used on ld88. ld88 will pursue recovery of all funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Minors accessing the platform: Allowing or facilitating access to ld88 by any individual under 18 years of age.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ld88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ld88 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Before your account is closed, any remaining verified balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests made as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 30 days.

7.2 Suspension Pending Investigation

Where ld88 initiates an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, your account may be suspended for the duration of the investigation. 8 Liability & Disclaimer

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ld88 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions in service, or delays in bet acceptance or settlement that are outside ld88's reasonable control
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials
• Losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds formats, or betting market structures
• Loss of funds deposited via payment methods that are subsequently found to be fraudulently opened or operated

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ld88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

While ld88 takes care to integrate only reputable, independently certified providers, we are not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising solely from within a third-party game engine. 8.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the platform operator.
